To maintain the life of your piece, we recommend the following: 1. Hand Wash: Use cool water (below 30°C) with a specialized wool/silk detergent. 2. No Wringing: Gently squeeze out excess water. Never twist or wring the fabric. 3. Flat Dry: Lay the garment flat on a clean towel, away from direct sunlight or heat sources. 4. Storage: Always store folded, never on a hanger, to prevent stretching.

Yes, slight pilling is a natural characteristic of pure cashmere, especially in areas of friction. This is not a sign of poor quality but rather the natural movement of short fibres. We recommend using a cashmere comb or electric shaver to gently remove pills periodically.

While hand washing is preferred, you may use a high-end washing machine on a dedicated "Hand Wash" or "Wool" cycle at 0°C. Ensure the garment is inside a mesh laundry bag and use a neutral detergent. Avoid the spin cycle if possible.
